Cleared the Fly River on 18/6/1995 for rough trip to Townsville, sailed 13 hours later for return to Kiunga (for Ok Tedi Mine) via Grafton Pass, but grounded south of Murdering Pt at 0600 on 24/6/1995 after bridge was left unattended for c5 hours.
