The Harpley spoke the Victory, bound for New Zealand in lat 51°S., and long.98°E., on the 2nd January. John Adams, a man of unsound mind, who was working his passage out in the Harpley, jumped overboard on the 24th December; the boat was lowered, but could not find him. Register 16/1/1851
